Notice of 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Notice is hereby given that the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Malaysian Society of Soil Science will be held at Park Avenue Hotel, Sg. Petani, Kedah on Tuesday 12th April 2005, at 12.00 noon.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. President's address
2. Minute of the 33rd AGM held on 13th April 2004 at Penang
3. Matters arising
4. Annual Report of the Society's Activities
5. Financial Statement of Account for 2004
6. Election of Management Committee for 2005/2006
7. Election of Honorary Auditors for 2005/2006 session
8. Any Other Business
Members who wish to include matters for discussion under item 8 of
the agenda are requested to notify the Honorary Secretary in writing
at least 7 days before the Annual General Meeting. Members who are
unable to attend the AGM, but would like to exercise their votes,
are requested to complete proxy form and return them to the Honorary
Secretary before the date of the AGM.
